Please read these terms carefully before using our website or requesting our services.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and your requests for services from Basim Al Roddadi Documents Clearing Services, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Commercial Registration No. 817415). By using the website or requesting a service, you agree to these terms.
2. Nature of our services
We provide assistance, guidance, coordination and follow-up for administrative and government-related procedures, including Emirates ID and residency-related procedures, business setup, bank account opening assistance, traffic and vehicle services, and document clearing. We are not a government entity or a bank, and we do not provide legal advice. Information on this website is general and does not constitute legal advice.
3. Service requests
Submitting a form, calling or sending a WhatsApp message is an enquiry and does not by itself create a binding agreement. The scope of each service, the expected steps and any applicable fees are confirmed with you before work begins.
4. Documentation
Successful procedures depend on complete and accurate documents. Requirements may vary depending on nationality, residency status, application type and current UAE regulations, and may be updated by the competent authorities at any time. Our team will confirm the requirements that apply to your case before starting.
5. Government procedures and third-party approvals
All applications are subject to applicable UAE regulations and official approval requirements. Decisions regarding approval, issuance, rejection or additional requests are made solely by the competent government authorities, banks or other third parties. We do not guarantee the approval of any Emirates ID, residency, visa, licence, registration, bank account or other application.
For bank-related services: final approval is subject to the bank’s eligibility criteria, internal policies, compliance procedures, and final decision.
6. Processing times
Any timeframes we share are estimates based on experience. Actual processing times are determined by the relevant authorities and third parties and may change without notice. We do not guarantee exact processing times.
7. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents.
- Inform us promptly of any change affecting your request.
- Attend in person where a procedure requires it (for example, biometric appointments).
- Comply with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
We are not responsible for delays or refusals resulting from incorrect, incomplete or late information or documents.
8. Payments
Where fees apply, they are agreed with you before work begins. Government fees, bank charges and other third-party costs are separate from our service fees unless otherwise agreed. Government and third-party fees are generally non-refundable once paid to the relevant entity.
9. Service limitations and liability
We perform our services with professional care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made by government entities, banks or third parties, for changes in regulations, or for indirect losses arising from the use of our services or website.
10. Website use
